Grappling

Grappling is known as one of the oldest forms of unarmed combat. Utilising aspects such as clinch work, takedowns, ground work and submissions, grappling is an integral part to all forms of fighting.BJJG-Logo-rgb-copy4

The grappling class at Fighting Fit Combat Sports is a hybrid of numerous different styles, including Freestyle & Submission Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu.

Sessions include a full warm up, focusing on appropriate athletic agility training, technical input and drilling, followed by sparring (live training).

All experiences are catered for, from complete beginners and up.

Fighting Fit Grapplers are affiliated to the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Globetrotters Team.
