Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the best Martial Arts for people of all ages.

Martial Arts in general are perfect for teaching discipline, self awareness and confidence for all ages. What sets BJJ apart from the pack is the environment.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a sport. It is a sport between 2 competitors, vying for position and control in a live but controlled environment. To become proficient in this, you work hard as a team, supporting and improving each other for mutual benefit.

The BJJ environment is one that promotes a respect and comfortableness for ones own body, realising your personal strengths and weaknesses, and how to create your own unique game from it.

It is also a great way of getting fit in a non-gym based backdrop, and learning useful, applicable techniques.

Friday 19:30-21:00 (Advanced & Sparring)
