Yesterday marked the opening of a brand new club in Stafford. Fighting Fit now has a grappling and submission wrestling class teaching out of Elite 2000 sports centre on St Patrick’s Street, near the town centre.
The opening night was a huge success, with 17 people taking to the mats. A fantastic mixture of regular students and complete beginners, partaking in numerous effective techniques followed by extensive sparring.
The class will now be running every Friday 18:00-19:30 for beginners and 19:30-21:00 for advanced. Of course, if anyone thinks they can survive the full 3 hours, they are more than welcome.
